NPTEL stands for National Program on Technology Enhanced Learning. NPTEL is online learning platform which is funded by MHRD, Government of India. It is run by seven IITs and IISc. Colleges which run these online courses such as IIT Bombay, IIT Madras , IIT Kanpur IIT Kharagur, IIT Delhi , IIT Rorkee and IISc Banglore. Five core disciplines were identi ed, namely, civil engineering, computer science and engineering, electrical engineering, electronics and communication engineering and mechanical engineering and 270 courses in web/video format were developed in this phase. 

 Enrollment processor for NPTEL :-
 Now i am going to tell you stap by step processor to fill up the nptel form or the processor to enroll  in nptel course for free.

 Please read the full blog to get it right.

Step 1:-  Open the official site of the NPTEL.( click here) 

Step 2:- After opening the official website of NPTEL, then scroll down where you choose the course stream and select it. Then start searching your course which you want to select and click on it. To open that course.

 

Step 3:- After opening your desired  course on NPTEL , move to next step and read full introduction to course carefully also the You tube video of introduction .Then click on the join icon to elect your course.

Step 4:- After joining the course , now  a application form of NPTEL pop up in front of you , then start filling your details correct upto your knowledge.  After filling all the details submit it up.

Step 5:- After filling all the details , click on the join icon.

 Congratulations you have enrolled the NPTEL  course. 
Keep watching all the lecture and score more then 90% to get a internship at IIT.

NPTEL  :  January-2019 course:-

Now the enrollment is started for nptel for 290 courses , if you want to know enrollment processor then visit- click here

 Course are available in three different modes such as 

1.       4 weak course- set 1 or set 2
2.       8 weak course - set 1 or set 2
3.       12 weak course - set 1

where ,

•  Set 1 - course start from 28th jan, 2019.
•  Set2 - course start from 25th fab, 2019 .

Last date of enrollement:-

•   For set 1 - 4th feb, 2019.
•   For  set 2 -  25th feb, 2019.

Exam date:-
   
     NPTEL takes the exam in online mode such as computer based exam which is multiple choice questions . Paper st in maximum of 100 marks of which 75% marks are counted. This year nptel have decided to take exam in three dates, upto last year nptel have taken exams in only two dates.
    
      So, dates which are decided from the NPTEL are 31th march (83 course), 27th april (102 course) and 28th april (105 course).

      Exam date is clearly mentioned below every course exam.

NPTEL is a online free course which is funded by Indian Government. It is accessible for everyone there is no age restrictions and also for those who are not graduate. This course contains mostly enginneering science related courses.

AIM:- The main aim this project is for enabling students obtain certificates for courses is to make students employable in the industry or pursue a suitable higher education programme.

NPTEL conducts this program twice a year. You have to enroll in it before due date as their mentioned. Enrolling in NPTEL is free of cost. But  you have pay some fees for giving it's exam and want a certificate form IIT and IISc.

• It Comprises 25% assignment weightage and 75% exam weightage.
