Online coaching vs Offline coaching

In today's world to get admission in a prestigious college or to get selected in any prestigious examination whether it is of engineering, medical, accountancy, UPSC, etc. A coaching plays an important role in shaping the future of student. Well there are people who got good rank and perform very well in these examination without going through any of these coaching institutes. Well on the other hand a huge number of students have benefitted much from these coaching institutes.
The are different types of students along with different study pattern some like to study by repetition some by solving some by creating various keywords and much more. Different student have different need of coaching some understand various concepts easily while others take some time, some can read and learn things easily and while others cannot.
Now taking you to the offline coaching scenario. Here there would be teacher who would explain various topics and the students would be listening to it. As the teacher had to pay attention to whole of the class he/she would be adopting such a method of teaching that is understandable by all. Here are various pros that I like to be listed for an offline coaching:

1.Better interaction: In an offline coaching you can interact much with your teacher as compared to an online coaching. It helps to grab the concepts more firmly.
2. Better focusing power: During the phase of offline coaching a student learn to improve their focus more and more.
3. More effective: Offline coaching is more effective as compared with the online coaching it helps you to solve problem right there in specific time.
4. Helps you to know your study level: By interacting with the students in class you will get to know how  your performance level will be in competition.
5. Helps you find your mistakes more easily: You can directly  ask to your teacher all the doubts on the spot and learn easily. Teacher is also having a good eye on you to point out your mistakes.
Different cons of the offline coaching are:
1.Cannot listen again and again: If you are not able to understand something you cannot listen again and again to the and ask him/ her to repeat the topic again.
2.Accessibility: Most of the student are still not able to get proper education facilities because of their location. They are far away from the reach of people living in remote location.
3. Reliability: Off-line coaching doesn't rely on any internet facility for their courses to deliver the uses blackboards and chalks for explanation of lessons.

On again switching our topic to online coaching scenario. There would be a device may be laptop, mobile phone, tablet or any other whatever you prefer.  A video lecture of the teacher explaining certain lesson would be there. After the lecture is over you can get your doubts clear sounds good!.
Let me explain various pros and cons of online coaching method:
Different pros of online coaching method are:
1.No time barrier: you are free from any time barrier you can watch lesson w whenever you wanted accordingly to your wish.
2. No physical boundaries: you can opt for online coaching from any part of the world the only thing required is good internet connection and video streaming device.
3. Repitition allowed: you can repeat a given lecture every now and then whenever you wanted it to be repeated and understand every details of it.
4. Makes learning more impressive: Helps you do make up the learning more impressive to you so you can understand thing in a better way.
Different cons of online learning
1. Distractions:  the biggest con of online learning is distraction it decreases the ability of the student to concentrate and figure out what is right and what is wrong sir him/her.
2. No pressure: without any pressure student are easily distracted from their actual path and do not focus on their studies.

Different methods of learning.

Learning is an important aspect in the life of many individual. We should always keep on learning. Learning helps us to grow our minds. It helps us to develop new ideas. If a person is not learning anything new each day he/she is just wasting his time and is a burden for society. Who do not want to grow up and learn new things that excites us a lot. During the passage of past few years and by doing enormous amount of researches many scientists have came to the conclusion of various types of learning.
Different methods of learning are given below. In these methods you will find various types of important aspect of learning. Identify your learning style and first towards improving it. Push your boundaries and do what no one has done till date.

  • Visual: The  occipital lobes at  the back of the brain manage the visual sense. Both the occipital and parietal lobes manage spatial orientation.

  • Aural: The temporal lobes handle aural content. The right temporal lobe is especially important for music.

  • Verbal: The temporal and frontal lobes, especially two specialized areas called Brocas and Wernickes areas (in the left hemisphere of these two lobes).

  • Physical: The cerebellum and the motor cortex (at the back of the frontal lobe) handle much of our physical movement.

  • Logical: The parietal lobes, especially the left side, drive our logical thinking.

  • Social: The frontal and temporal lobes handle much of our social activities. The limbic system (not shown apart from the hippocampus) also influences both the social and solitary styles. The limbic system has a lot to do with emotions, moods and aggression.

  • Solitary: The frontal and parietal lobes, and the limbic system, are also active with this style.

What engineers had to do?

Different types of engineers have differenrt types of work theythey to do:

1. Civil Engineering

Civil engineering jobs are among the most recognized, popular, and ancient in the industry. They involve the design of city and country infrastructure, in particular roads, bridges, dams, and buildings.

2. Mechanical Engineering

Mechanical engineering deals with the design and construction of machines. Some of the most popular mechanical engineering projects of the last decade have been in the subcategory of robotics, but drones, cooling and heating systems, and some elements of transportation can also be considered types of mechanical engineering.

3. Chemical Engineering

Quite simply, chemical engineering is the combination of many different forms of engineering, employing such knowledge as physics and microbiology, as they specifically apply to the use of chemicals. Subcategories include jobs in pharmaceuticals, food processing, and industrial chemicals.

4. Petroleum Engineering

As it stands right now, the world needs oil. It’s nonetheless an essential part of our current society, used not only in cars, planes, and other modes of transportation, but also in the manufacturing of plastic and polymers.
Petroleum engineering involves anything from the analytical optimization of oil production (that is, figuring out methods to get the most oil out of the ground), to jobs which involve physically drilling into the Earth’s surface to recover the oil, to the maintenance of oil-rich areas—preventing natural disasters or keeping a tech-savvy eye on oil-pumping machinery.

5. Electrical Engineering

If you’re fascinated by the power-line-webbed metal arms that span through open fields or the shining silver discs of steam turbines in power plants, electrical engineering may be up your alley. The field often deals with the interconnectivity of electric-powered technology. Historically, it incorporates jobs that helped establish infrastructure for the telegraph, telephone, radio, television, and computers.
Modern electrical engineering is subdivided into many more specific categories, which can require vastly different expertise. Those who deal in “electronics” tend to work with circuitry, such as that found in a radio receiver. “Microelectronics” involves much tinier circuits, while “instrumentation” involves devices that measure quantities, like the aforementioned fuel gauge in a car, or the meters measuring winds, speed, and altitude in the cockpit of an airplane.

6. Aerospace Engineering

You’re probably familiar with Orville and Wilbur Wright, the founding fathers of  aerospace engineering. Whereas electrical engineering may include the devices in a plane, aerospace engineers are more concerned with the aerodynamics of the aircraft itself.
Aerospace engineering used to be more commonly referred to as aeronautical engineering, as it dealt with the mathematics and physics of airplanes. However, the field now encompasses space travel, as well.

5.Computer Engineers
Becoming a Computer Science Engineer. This job title can refer to individuals working ascomputer hardware engineerscomputersoftware applications engineers, or computersystems engineers. In general, they design elements that help computers operate.

Why IITs are not among the top colleges of the world?

From the very beginning we are told that IITs are the best engineering colleges. Well that's true but it is till India only. IITs doesn't come under even top 100 rank in the whole world.
Let me explain why is it so,
first of all the quality of an institution is judged through various things like quality of professors, researches going on, researches completed, etc. Here if we compare our IITs with the colleges outside.  India we will find that they are teaching at a mediocre level. It is the people and students through which they look as they are. I am not trying to hurt the feeling of patriotism of anyone but whatever is right it is.
What exactly is wrong with the education offered at the IITs? Firstly, most students are not interested in the discipline that they choose. They aren’t really interested in even being engineers – they are just there because their parents, peers and society told them to take a shot at IIT, because if you are good at academics, then how is that you haven’t proven it by taking the IIT-JEE exam?
mit-embed_072117012346.jpgTop ranking MIT has helped transform the world because of some of the biggest inventions of the last 50 years. Photo: Reuters
As a result, we begin our scientific education by the most unthinking, unscientific approach towards choosing careers. The brightest minds who are supposed to think independently make a beginning by following the herd.
Secondly, the curriculum is overloaded with obscure theory. Too many courses are crammed within a semester. Other than choosing the stream, students do not have much freedom in choosing the subjects.
The IITs are supposed to train students for a professional career, yet other than a perfunctory psychology or an economics course, there is hardly any well-thought out curriculum to develop the soft-skills of students.

At the point of entry, IITs are burdened with the weight of Kota-trained students with low social-skills and zero social awareness who study physics, chemistry and maths from 6th standard, at the exclusion of every other skill – and the four-year stint at IIT does not really improve that.
After IIT, most people choose one of the three paths – an MS abroad, a stint as a software engineer, or an MBA degree in India. Most of those paths do not require any knowledge of electrical engineering or metallurgical engineering or whatever else they specialised in.
They do require reading skills and thinking skills (GRE, CAT and software company aptitude tests), and people skills (interviews and getting letters of recommendations) – so the IITians now start frenziedly learning the skills that they hitherto neglected. But that learning does not happen inside the classrooms, and IITs themselves can claim little credit for it. However, being talented individuals, most students do master those skills too, over time.
I can go on. The conditions of the hostels do not behove a world class institute. The projects that the students do are hardly original. Classes are mostly uninspiring and do not break any new ground in pedagogy. The tradition of ragging – well, it is sad to see people at the premier scientific institutions believing in tradition, that too something as silly as that.
More reasons why there are not in top 100

1) Money - Funding does matter. Consider schools like MIT and UCAL, Berkeley, they have state-of-the-art labs and work places. The infrastructure is really strong thus giving each and every one an opportunity to work on whatever they could possibly think of. Also, researchers need funding to survive as they can't just depend on their parents after graduation. Depending on parents is very common in India till the student graduates.

2) Drive - Most of the students just join the premier institutes because their parents told them to do so. Hence, they have to very less to almost zero drive when they enter college for research and learning. A lot of students slack off and just try to some how clear the courses. Even the academically inclined students, don't actually go for research.

3) Lack of good researchers - This is important as an academic institute's worth is often counted in terms of the research work it produces. Students usually have no where to look for guidance and they are often lost on how to proceed in a certain area. Examples like AKS primality testing do not count as they are very few in number.

STUDY TIPS

During the study time we need many things to take into consideration, as a student we had many things to study and cover a huge syllabus to complete our studies. Given below are various tips to study in a better way. The days is over when we can do and achieve everything with hardwork. Given below are various tips. Treat me as your study helper which give you various tips to learn and grow better
In this article I will tell you how to study. Here you will get answers to all your questions how to study smart, how to study hard, how to study well, how to study, various exam tips, etc.

Have a study plan: If you have a study plan it will keep you engage and you will waste less time on it. It will give you more productive approach.

Avoiding Distractions While Studying. ... External study distractions include technology and people. Your child must be able to focus on his or her homework to complete and understand what he or she is learning. By making sure your child is avoiding distractions while studying, you are setting him or her up for success.

Try group study: Collect a group of good friends which help you in studies. Tell them to prepare for different topics each friend will explain one topic in this way you will easily complete your syllabus.

Take regular study breaks: Taking regular study breaks will help your brain to get relaxed. It is a very good  and effective study tip. By study throughout for longer period of time you tense or stretch your brains nerves, going like this will have negative effect on your body as well as mind.

Eating during studying will help you to focus more on your studies it will not make you feel hungry, it will improve your concentration and also help you to keep up with your energy levels.

Boards and Competitive examinations

Most of the people start to prepare for competitive examination after class 10th on wards. After preparing for one year in class 11th,  they start to think about whether they need to prepare for  boards or for  the competitive examination. Both of the exam have  different approach to study.
In preparation of a competitive examination you have to cover all the 12th and 11th course. You have to write immensely and read a lot. You have to remember a lot of things to secure 90 above percentage you have to work very hard.
Now for preparation of competitions we need to focus on conceptual learning we do not need to mug up things like parrots. We need to work smartly.

What can we do?

  • We have to make a proper study timetable for preparation that covers our competition as well as board examination. Now long term time-table fails mostly so try to sechdule your work for one day after. Try sechduling your next day .
  • For chemistry during board examination try to prepare only by NCERT and for competitive examination try other books*.
  • For mathematics R.D Sharma is enough during boards. For competitive examination get more good books*.
  • For physics choose NCERT or S.L Arora during boards and for competitive examination try others good books.
  • To get details about competitive books Click Here.
  • Dedicate time as per your degree of ease You may take a little longer to grasp some subjects, while some may be easy for you. Dedicate your time accordingly. Always keep some extra time to develop competency for the complicated ones.

  • Set short term goals
It is recommended that you give yourself weekly goals. You can set twin or multiple goals of how much will you cover your syllabus considering both the exams in mind, and see towards the end of the week that how much have you actually covered. This will help you calculate your actual performance

Reality of placement in IITs

We all know that IITs are most prestigious institutes of country. Most the students have dreams to get 1 crore or higher packages at IITs they expect that and why not they have cleared one of  the most toughest examinations of India. They are the best minds of India they should get the best jobs.
But the reality is bitter, only few IITians are able to grab such a high package. The average salary of IITians are 5-6 lakh only and that's true. Most of the students dream that they will tackle all the problems and become those few. But it depends on many factors  may be that of your smartness, contact with the staff of companies, etc.
Most of the companies are looking for the most talented person and if you got that spark in you, it is easy for you to get selected and have the best job you have being aspiring for.
Two things that are really taken into consideration by top companies are the institution’s reputation and the success of its alumni in the past. And in that slot, both score really high.
There are many student which are from very orthodox family they also faces a lots of trouble during placement time. They don't have proper guidance of these conditions. They are hoping that once they get into IIT they will get the best placement easily. I  will suggest them to make much contact with their seniors and take help from them they are the best source of guidance for them.

If you hope for a good job placement their must be following point taken into consideration:
1. Quick learners - Ability to gain new skills faster

2. Interpersonal and communication skills

3. Ability to take ownership - Initiative and accountability for one's work
4.Never say never' attitude - Eagerness to take responsibility over and above one's job profile

    5. Problem solving skills - Finding creative solutions for complex issues

6. Sincerity, hard work and perseverance - Key attributes of a potential employee

7. Team player:person should be able to work with team and lead them

8. Personal credibility and integrity

Indian Education system : FAILS OR SUCCESS

WHY INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM FAILS?

  Hello guys,

Welcome back today i come with a new question about our education system that " Why Indian education system fails ?". I have done a lot research about Indian education system and i mainly found everywhere education system dump and fails and a lot. Let us talk about it.
You all know the amazing fact of India is " India is one of the largest engineer producing country." And about 3 crore students currently studying in university in India also you will shock to know that  today 84% students have 4G connectivity but out of them only 44% students find their states in Indian map.

Now let me tell you about an interesting news of Apple co-founder Steve Woznaik , popularly known as Woz in the tech world his views about India  “I am not an anthropologist and I don’t know the culture of India well enough. I don’t see those big advances in tech companies. What is the biggest tech company here, Infosys maybe? I just don’t see that sort of thing coming out of Infosys and I have done keynotes for them three times.
The culture here is one of success based upon academic excellence, studying, learning, practicing and having a good job and a great life. For upper India, not the lower. I see two India(s). That’s a lot like Singapore study, study, work hard and you get an MBA, you will have a Mercedes but where is the creativity? The creativity gets left out when your behavior is too predictable and structured, everyone is similar. Look at a small country like New Zealand, the writers, singers, athletes; it’s a whole different world.”

I know you get angry after above statement. I am also very angry and start researching about education system of India. I found the results as :
  • ASSOCHAM REPORT SAYS 93% MBA GRADUATES ARE UNEMPLOYABLE.
  • ASER REPORT SAYS ONLY 17% EMPLOYABLE RATE IN INDIA.
  • LITERACY RATE 92% BUT IT ONLY ON PAPER NOT ACTUAL.
  • 44% STUDENTS DON'T FIND THEIR STATES ON INDIA MAP ON A SURVEY.
  • INDIA HAS NO NOBLE PRIZE SINCE INDEPENDENCE.
  • 60th RANK IN GLOBAL INNOVATION.
  • India has highest number of suicides in the world details

Like these many report come in front of me which seems Indian education system breaks day by day.

EDUCATION SYSTEM:
In our education system a very big barrier they have made for students that "75% compulsory attendance system". System follows their very old syllabus, old case studies ,old management theory , old subject pattern , old apparatus , old modules etc. In normal colleges very incompetent faculty having no knowledge even they learn everything and recommend every student to learn it and don't try to make your answers.
Because of all above factor students have well filled mind not formed . Students have no logical skills , they have no capability to make a difference between right or wrong , they have no practical or experimental skills. All students are studying for only gaining marks and then gaining the job.

TOP UNIVERSITY EDUCATION SYSTEM:
The study criteria of top universities are totally change . Universities like MIT , STANFORD UNIVERSITY , HARVARD UNIVERSITY ,  WHARTON UNIVERSITY. Their main focus on case study , project lectures and minimum attention to the learning. In these universities they pay highly salary to the professors which make their education system strong.

SOLUTION FOR THE EDUCATION SYSTEM:
  • Make education system based on applied learning process.
  • Case study ratio must increase rather to increase the learning.
  • Appreciate student for doing their new projects.
  • The quality of education in college not quantity of education.
  • Make local learning groups.
  • Make a rule for students that they have to do at least one course per year on any topic.
  • Minimize exam conduct ratio.
  • Skill development programs in college.

HOW TO GET FOCUSED WHILE STUDYING AND TIPS

HOW TO GET FOCUSED WHILE STUDYING?

While you are studying it's very difficult to make focus on studies for long time. After every 15 minute you got bored and distracted from studies. If you are targeted to sit on chair to study about 2 hour you get up in only 1 hour. You are thinking out of box that is you are not thinking about your studies related topics like these many problems you are facing while studying. These problem are very common to every people either he is success or not. Below i am going to discuss about that why we are distracted and how to get focused.

Reasons why we are not focused:

  1. ELECTRIC GADGETS NEAR YOU.

DROP FOR 1 YEAR AFTER 12TH

FOR PREPARATION : DROP 1 YEAR  RIGHT OR WRONG

Many students have doubts after passing 12th  and many questions asises in their mind such as:
  • Can I drop for 1 year to prepare for next JEE exam?
  •  Is it right decision or wrong decision ?
  • Can I choose college just after 12th?
and many more questions arises in their mind which i am going to give you answer about each and every doubts . So must read all passage carefully line by line by which you don't have any problem regarding it.

There are many types of students  such as:
  1. Students who have prepared well in 11th and 12th for jee and they are just not clear the entrance due to any reasons.
  2. Students who have not prepared in 11th and 12th for jee and now they make their mind to do jee  also wants to clear the exam.
  3. Students whose desire is not to become an Engineer . It's all doing because of any family reason or may be other reason.
  4. Students who wants to prepare from home and wants to clear the exam.
IS IT RIGHT DECISION TO DROP:
Drop for a year is not a easy task. It's totally depends on you. How much  hungry  you are to just touch your target and want to qualify for jee.  If you found yourself in any one of the students type in above types of students section then  you may choose as
  •  If you are a student of type 1 then i think you have to try again with double efficiency and double power to crack the JEE.
  • If  you are a student of  type 2 then i think you can also try again to get a better college.
  • If  you are a  student  of  type 3 then i think don't waste your time in it because it's not simple exam and  do whatever you like the most.
  • If you are a student of type 4 then i think then join distance learning program of any coaching institute  and give once chance to prove yourself.
DRAWBACKS OF DROP FOR 1 YEAR:
If you have got good rank in jee or you got good college according to your rank   then  you loose your rank as well as college. You might be bored for again repeating all syllabus and you have a lot of pressure of syllabus (i.e you have to cover syllabus of both 11th and 12th in a year) and insecure  about your college. You will become junior of your classmates who have joined the college and not dropped. also you get a lot depressed over the next year. There is a chance that it may turn out your bad day in the life and you are not going to complete your exam or any accident occurs or any other reason.

SO, TAKE DECISION BY THINKING AGAIN AND AGAIN !
